Samuel E Book, M.D. is board certified in Dermatology
and Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology. He received
his medical degree from the SUNY Downstate Medical Center. After completing
his Dermatology Residency at SUNY Downstate, he completed a fellowship
in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology at Yale University
Medical School.
Dr. Book served as Assistant Clinical Professor at SUNY Downstate
and currently Yale University School of Medicine. In these institutions, Dr. Book was/is actively involved
in research studies, as well as being involved in several publications.

Kim DeGraw has over 30 years experience of nursing.
She earned her degree in nursing at SUNY Orange and since has received
a considerable working medical knowledge from positions in pediatrics
and home health care, post-op, orthopedics, opthamology, and allergy
and immunology. Kim supplies immediate support for all surgical procedures,
handles public relation matters, administrative functions, and keeps
the office flow running smooth.

Heidi Stellitano has been with Dr. Book since 2005.
Her primary job is to process the tissue specimens into slides, using
specialized cryogenic methods, in order to determine the presence of
cancer cells. When not in the lab, she functions as a nursing assistant,
and a variety of other necessary tasks within the office. |

Beth McCarthy earned her Associates of Science in
Accounting from Hawaii Pacific University, in Honolulu. She has 10 years
experience as a office/surgical coordinator, previously working in allergy/asthma,
ENT, and acute care offices. She is responsible for medical reception
duties, patient appointment coordination and scheduling, insurance and
billing, and of course, answering the any questions the patients may
have. She is the cheerful voice you will hear when calling and the smiling
face that greets you when you visit our office. |
